On the ‘New Users’ registration page, the Unique ID is a required field. In this field, the detail entered should be a reference number that is unique to you within your workplace. It will be a point of reference for your results and your employer. Entering a value which is not unique to you, may cause a delay in the allocation of your results to your training record – i.e. your Training Coordinator/line manager may not realise you have completed your online session.

Possible Causes

Resolution

It may be that due to your computer’s individual Internet settings, you have been timed out of your session within our programme due to inactivity or for security reasons. You will need to exit that web browser page, and open a completely new one. In the new web browser page, please log back in:
  • Go to www.drivesurvive.co.uk
  • Clicking on the red box in the middle of the page entitled Online Assessment or E-Learner
  • Where instructed, enter your Company Login Code and your log in details under ‘Returning Users’, using the details entered upon registration. You will be taken back to where you had previously progressed to in your online session

User Login
Alternatively, if you are accessing via a remote internet connection (e.g. at home) your organisations’ Internet security settings may not enable you to access out site remotely.

User Login
Failing this, it may well be the case that you will have to complete your online sessions when in your organisation’s office (i.e. where you are not using remote access).
