My email address isn't recognised
A valid email address is required upon registration, as you will be sent an email confirming the details of your registration and confirmation of completing your online session. You’ll also be emailed ‘Driving Hints & Tips’ related to the answers you gave, for your information and interest. There is no opportunity to change your allocated email address after registration, so please ensure the one you enter is accessible. You may also use your email address to activate the ‘Password Reminder’ function, but this will obviously only work if you have registered on the system.
Hint: If you are in any doubt about accessing your email account or if you do not have a personal email address, it would be advised to use your Line Manager’s email address instead (with authorisation).
